We provide a visual and mechanical check to the extent we perform it at the time of the inspection, plus guidance to help you make an informed purchase decision. Any findings are based on observable conditions and tests conducted during the inspection session.

We do not guarantee that the vehicle is free from defects not observable during the inspection, nor that future failures will not occur.

2. Limits of inspection results

• We cannot assess hidden or internal defects that require disassembly, specialized laboratory testing, or diagnostics beyond the scope we agreed.
• We do not provide a legal determination of vehicle history, ownership, encumbrances, or compliance with regulatory requirements unless explicitly included in your selected service.
• Our report may include estimates of condition; it is not a substitute for a licensed mechanic’s repair decision or for any required official procedures.

3. What we may exclude

Unless explicitly included in writing, our services typically exclude: repairs, replacement parts, approval for financing/insurance, guarantees of performance, and any work requiring dismantling beyond what is necessary for the agreed inspection.

4. No guarantee; information-only guidance

All inspection findings and buying guidance are provided for informational purposes. You remain responsible for your purchase decision and for any additional checks you choose to perform.

5. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, opsgridlab.com and its personnel are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential losses arising from or related to the inspection results or your purchase decision.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amounts paid for the specific service related to your order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

6. Acceptable use of the website
